Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days — flat rate $9.95 AUD
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days — flat rate $14.95 AUD
• Free Shipping: On all orders over $150 AUD (standard)

All orders are dispatched from Melbourne, Australia within 1 business day of payment confirmation.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We ship within Australia only at this time. Please check back for future updates.

Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST (Mon–Fri) are dispatched same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched

Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order via Australia Post or through our Order Tracking page.

Packaging & Discretion

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no product descriptions visible externally. Your privacy and discretion are a priority.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, or if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
