Eligibility
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
- Item received is damaged, defective or incorrect
- Request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
- Product is unopened and in original packaging (unless defective)
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened or used (unless defective on arrival)
- Orders where more than 14 days have passed since delivery
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
How to Request a Return
- Email Boostedlabs@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Include photos of any damage or defects
- Our team will respond within 24β48 hours with return instructions
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
