Refund / Returns Policy

Our commitment to fair and transparent return and refund processes

Eligibility

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Item received is damaged, defective or incorrect
  • Request is made within 7 days of receiving the order
  • Product is unopened and in original packaging (unless defective)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened or used (unless defective on arrival)
  • Orders where more than 14 days have passed since delivery
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions

How to Request a Return

  • Email Boostedlabs@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Include photos of any damage or defects
  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
